• Coach and train team in role responsibilities, product knowledge, promotions, and recipe prep.
• Handle administrative tasks such as bank deposits, inventory, and product orders.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cash handling, store safety, and security.
• Own shift hand-offs and delegate tasks to keep the shift on track.
