Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure Dunkin' brand standards.
• Work across all line positions to support speed of service.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Direct and support crew members, coach and motivate the team.
• Assist with onboarding new team members and maintain a respectful work environment.
• Handle opening, mid-shift, or closing procedures and communicate updates to management.
