• Leads shifts with energy and keeps the shift on track.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining a welcoming coffeehouse environment.
• Knows the day’s deployment and roles, communicating clearly on the floor.
• Reads team needs, delegates objectives, and manages priorities.
