Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily store operations in Hudson, WI, partnering with the General Manager or Assistant GM. You will guide the team, uphold standards, and ensure a positive guest experience during your shift.

The role emphasizes coaching teammates, maintaining SOPs, and delivering exceptional service while managing responsibilities across store operations. This is a hands-on leadership position at our Hudson location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Driver’s license preferred (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed during the shift
• Coordinate with GM/Assistant GM on goals and store directives
• Coach and develop Team Members with constructive feedback
• Oversee inventory, banking, and shade-store tasks as assigned
