Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Dunkin team members and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest service. You will set shift goals, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide timely feedback to ensure smooth operations and accurate cash handling.

This role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and English proficiency, plus prior leadership in retail or hospitality within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Experience managing daily store operations, cash handling and controls.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Ensure Brand standards are met during the shift, including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for shifts to ensure coverage.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and resource use.
• Support training of team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shifts.
• Prepare next Shift Leader for the handover.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory during the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach staff to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies, resolve issues quickly.
