You will set the tone on each shift, coach associates, and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling. Your leadership will drive daily performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift: set tone, guide food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling; coach team members in real-time.
• Drive Operational Excellence: train to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards; manage inventory, vendor check-in, promotions.
• Model Communication & Accountability: relay updates, monitor task completion, provide feedback, promote teamwork and accountability.
