Jersey Mike’s Subs is hiring a Shift Leader at our Lakemoor location. You will support the management team in daily operations, coach staff, and ensure top-quality food and service while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires 18+, willingness to operate a slicer, and a background in QSR. You’ll work in a fast-paced team environment, helping to grow sales and deliver an exceptional Jersey Mike’s experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service and maintain Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Produce high quality food and ensure food safety and cleanliness.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience and drive sales at the location.
• Handle cash and follow procedures, including opening/closing tasks.
• Lead by example and train/mentor crew of 2–5 people.
