Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of food service or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven leadership to train, develop and motivate a diverse crew.
• Hospitality focus and guest-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in staffing the restaurant in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure a safe environment for team members and guests; reinforce Wingstop culture.
• Provide coaching and development to team members; support district and center leadership.
• Manage guest experience by greeting guests and resolving issues professionally.
• Control cash, property, product and equipment; monitor labor and food costs.
• Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance needs to facilities.
