Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, EPL SPECS certification or 1+ years of supervisory experience, and the ability to train staff on new products and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, coordinate crew tasks, conduct inventory checks, and manage deliveries.
• Ensure service speed and customer satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards (QSC).
• Direct shift staffing, breaks, food production adjustments, and training on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash handling tasks, deposits, and adherence to operational procedures during shifts.
