El Pollo Loco is seeking a Shift Leader in San Dimas, CA to oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts. You will lead a team, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold safety and quality standards, while assisting with inventory, training, and cash handling.

This role offers growth potential and flexible schedules. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, some supervisory experience, and knowledge of EPL safety standards.

Formación

• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve issues on the fly.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and health code requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including security and inventory checks.
• Maintain service speed and restaurant cleanliness遵守QSC and safety standards.
• Optimize staffing by prioritizing tasks and managing breaks during shifts.
• Train team members on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash deposits, cash drawer audits, and verify catering orders.
