Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendliness and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced setting.
• Knife skills are a plus for kitchen tasks.
• Must meet Food Safety requirements and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Illinois applicants must become certified within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks efficiently.
• Ensure security procedures are followed.
• Maintain back-of-house procedural standards.
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, desserts) quickly.
• Comply with health and safety standards for food and cleanliness.
• Restock food line and coolers as needed.
• Clean work areas and utensils; take out trash.
• Operate cash register and balance daily cash.
• Handle customer complaints and issues effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
