Taco Bell franchisee in New York is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide teammates with a focus on team performance and guest satisfaction.

The role offers a shift differential for closers, plus benefits including paid time off, health insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, and education support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
