You will help drive profitability while executing company policies, procedures, programs, and systems to meet standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines including dough management and portioning.
• Maintains product quality and customer service while controlling costs.
• Supports shift coverage and provides immediate feedback when issues arise.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and TM handbook.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing cash and inventory using company systems.
