Qualifications

• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends, and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.
• Adhere to station guidelines for dough management, portioning, and product preparation.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, safety and security, and labor costs.
• Provide feedback and resolve problems to keep operations within guidelines and ensure MCE readiness.
