Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to drive store performance and guest satisfaction in partnership with the GM/AGM. You will manage the day’s priorities, coach Team Members, and ensure adherence to SOPs while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in leadership or customer service, are able to work mornings/evenings, and are at least 18. The role supports our community and brand values.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop Team Members on SOPs and product knowledge.
• Ensure store looks and feels consistent with brand standards.
• Communicate daily priorities and delegate tasks effectively.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits and inventory.
