Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations in partnership with the GM/AGM. You’ll drive team engagement, guest satisfaction and ensure SOPs are followed while maintaining store standards.

You’ll train team members, delegate tasks, manage bank deposits and inventory, and coach for growth. This role requires leadership, reliability and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Required: At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old; ability to work early mornings/evenings/holidays/weekends.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

• Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed on the floor.
