Job summary

Dunkin’ is hiring a Shift Leader to guide the team during shifts and ensure top-notch guest experiences. You’ll help with food preparation, inventory, and cash handling while coaching crew members to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail; leadership experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Team-first mindset and passion for great coffee and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service.
• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, inventory, or cash handling.
• Train and coach crew members to be their best.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and welcoming environment per standards.
• Step in for the manager when needed and help with key decisions.
