Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Shift Leader to run daily operations in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will ensure brand standards, product quality, store cleanliness, and guest connections during each shift.

You will lead a team, coach members, handle on-shift tasks, and contribute to a warm, inviting atmosphere while upholding safety and cash-handling procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role, or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• To support the needs of the business and the team, Shift Leaders are expected to maintain flexible availability.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
