Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Minnesota is seeking a Shift Lead to drive store performance, lead the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will manage daily shifts, uphold standards, and coach team members to deliver the brand promise while maintaining a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed consistently.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members in real-time.
• Handle administrative tasks like deposits, inventory, and store orders.
• Develop team members and discuss career growth.
