Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
• Flexible to work various shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and guide shifts to ensure a delightful guest experience.
• Motivate and coach team; maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in training crew members and communicating responsibilities.
• Monitor operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and profitability during shifts.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on staffing and performance goals.
