Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking a Shift Leader Trainee for our Orange Park, FL store. Trainees are hired to become Shift Leader within about 90 days, delivering high level guest service and leading the team.

Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty in training, opening/closing, cash handling, POS use, training teammates, maintaining a clean store, and helping with deliveries and merchandising while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college/technical school in Business Management or related field preferred.
• At least 6 months of leadership/management experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training, open/close store, assist managers.
• Greet guests and provide prompt, friendly service throughout visit.
• Operate POS, process transactions, perform cash handling and reconcile at shift end.
• Train, coach and direct teammates to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Keep store clean, safe, and well organized; assist with stocking and merchandising.
• Unload deliveries, display products, and manage stock as per guidelines.
