Job summary

True North is seeking a Shift Manager to support a fast-paced convenience store. You will lead daily operations, assist with merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, and fuel transactions while delivering friendly guest service.

In the absence of Store Manager, you assume responsibilities. The role requires physical tasks, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to operate POS and car wash equipment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Must be able to operate point of sale, store, and car wash equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service in accordance with company standards.
• Accurately process customer transactions using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Perform assigned food service tasks following food safety and sanitation requirements, as applicable.
• Perform interior and exterior store duties necessary to support daily operations.
