Job summary

True North is hiring a Shift Manager to support a fast, friendly store environment and oversee daily operations. You will assist with merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, inventory, and fuel transactions while delivering quality guest service.

In the absence of the Assistant Manager, you will assume those responsibilities, manage staff, and ensure a clean, organized store and compliant safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations including merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, inventory and fuel transactions.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and greet every guest.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure proper cash handling.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and uphold company standards.
• Support store operations during peak times and mentor new team members.
