Job summary

True North is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced convenience store. You will drive guest service, handle cash transactions, and uphold merchandising and safety standards while assisting with fuel transactions and loss prevention.

As a key member of the team, you will help train staff, manage shift coverage, and escalate issues to the Store Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and basic store equipment.

Responsibilities
