Job summary

True North is seeking a Shift Manager to support a fast-paced convenience-store environment in Ohio. The role covers daily operations, merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, inventory, and fuel transactions while delivering high-quality guest service.

In the absence of the Assistant Manager, you may assume those responsibilities. Flexibility for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays is required, with prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Ability to operate POS systems and car wash equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service per standards.
• Accurately process transactions using POS systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized store environment.
• Assist with food service tasks following safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations including merchandising and pricing.
• Handle store duties during peak times and in the absence of the manager.
