Job summary

True North is hiring a Shift Manager to support a fast-paced convenience store. You will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent guest service while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The role involves merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, inventory, and fuel transactions with a focus on upholding True North service standards. The Shift Manager assists with guest concerns, resolves issues, and steps in for the Assistant Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Ability to operate POS, store, and car wash equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and process transactions.
• Maintain clean, safe store and organized merchandising.
• Assist with loss prevention, inventory, and fuel transactions.
• Support operations during high-volume periods and train new team members.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
