Job summary

True North is seeking a Shift Manager to support a fast-paced, friendly, and clean store environment. You will oversee daily operations, including customer service, cash handling, merchandising, price updates, and fuel transactions while maintaining safety and company standards.

In this role you guide team members, address guest concerns, rotate stock, assist with training, and report to the Store Manager. Flexibility with hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety policies and store procedures.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service in accordance with company standards.
• Accurately process customer transactions using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Perform assigned food service tasks following food safety and sanitation requirements, as applicable.
• Perform interior and exterior store duties to support daily operations.
