Skyline Chili, Inc. seeks a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure safe and hospitality-focused service, and supervise team members. You will train staff, monitor labor and costs, and assist with food preparation to deliver quality meals.

Strong communication and basic math skills are required. Position is part-time or full-time, with varied shifts. Candidates should have restaurant supervisory experience and be at least 18 years old.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ years in restaurant or supervisory role preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Skyline Time service and ensure hospitality standards.
• Supervise Team Members and assist with food preparation for quality products.
• Monitor labor usage against sales and act when necessary.
• Execute and monitor cash control procedures.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members.
• Perform production duties as needed.
