Job summary

Skyline Chili, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team in Harrison, OH. This role can be part-time or full-time, with duties including supervis­ing staff, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring Skyline Time hospitality.

Responsibilities include training on food safety, managing labor and cash controls, and coaching Team Members. Ideal candidates have restaurant or supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to train and perform production tasks is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant or supervisory experience, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure environment by following Skyline policy and procedures.
• Trains, monitors and reinforces food safety procedures to Team Members. Ensures all company food safety procedures are followed.
• Leads and demonstrates Skyline Time service and ensures hospitality.
• Supervises Team Members and prepares food to ensure quality products are served to our guests.
• Monitors labor usage against sales and acts when necessary.
• Executes, trains and monitors proper cash control procedures.
• Ensures proper training for Team Members through established training systems.
• Performs all functions of a production employee when needed.
• Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.
