Dairy Queen Milaca is seeking an experienced shift leader to run store operations with attention to detail and customer care. You will assist the GM, manage inventory, COGS, labor and safety, and lead a team to execute daily tasks with excellence.

The role emphasizes coaching, staffing, scheduling, and maintaining a positive, high-energy environment that delivers the Fan experience and supports sales growth.

Formación

• High volume restaurant leadership experience is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven track record of controlling COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, focusing on quality, service and atmosphere.
• Ensure staff are trained on PRIDE systems, recipes and safety practices.
• Assist in executing the restaurant's business plan and monitor P&L implications.
• Improve average check and Fan visit frequency through marketing and promotions.
• Lead and coach shift leads and crew, foster a positive, productive environment.
• Enforce health and safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Support local store marketing efforts and competitive analysis.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Schedule hourly staff to meet daily and seasonal demands.
