SeoulSpice is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Leader to manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared from scratch to SeoulSpice standards. You will lead production, organize the kitchen, and mentor Sous Chefs to execute at a high level while planning inventory and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen and preparing food from scratch.
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with common kitchen equipment.
• Enjoys training, supporting, and working alongside other team members.
• Able to keep the kitchen organized during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in preparing produce, sauces, marinades, and proteins from scratch.
• Plan daily prep to maintain fresh food while avoiding waste.
• Train and support Sous Chefs while keeping the kitchen organized and running smoothly.
• Maintain inventory, deliveries, labeling, storage, and FIFO rotation.
• Keep a clean, safe kitchen and coordinate with front-line team to ensure smooth service.
