Job summary

SeoulSpice is seeking a Shift Leader in Chicago to guide restaurant operations during each shift. You will position team members for success, maintain a strong service pace, and ensure guests receive high-quality food in a welcoming environment.

You will lead by example, coach in the moment, and step into any station to support the team. Collaboration with Kitchen Leader and Sous Chef ensures fresh, quality meals meet demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or customer service, including guiding or training others.
• Leads by example, communicates clearly and maintains high standards.
• Wosters and motivates the team to deliver fast, accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Lead each shift with energy, organize the team, and set clear priorities.
• Create a welcoming guest experience with fast, accurate orders.
• Coach team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready for service.
• Handle guest concerns and manage daily shift duties; fill in where needed.
