Popeyes is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead shift-level operations and help drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager while directing a team of Team Members to execute fast, accurate service in a clean environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, adherence to brand standards, and daily shift planning to optimize throughput and profitability. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing restaurant operations during shifts to meet profitability and guest service targets
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members to raise performance
• Ensure accurate and efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery
• Uphold cash control, security procedures, and inventory controls
• Fill in for Team Members when needed to maintain smooth operations
