Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead restaurant operations on assigned shifts, driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, manage a team, and ensure fast, friendly service in a clean environment.

You will coach Team Members, monitor operations, and step in to perform duties as needed to maintain brand standards and smooth shift execution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support RGM and AM in managing operations during shifts.
• Lead a team of Team Members to meet profitability and guest service goals.
• Ensure accurate and efficient food preparation and service within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Coach Team Members and provide feedback to raise performance.
• Perform Team Member duties when necessary.
