Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations on assigned shifts, delivering guest service, developing team members, and upholding quality and profitability standards. You will support the Restaurant General Manager by managing food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and staff performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during each shift.
• Coach team members on performance, procedures, and guest service.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment.
• Recognize strong performance and address opportunities immediately.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
• Maintain hospitality standards throughout every shift.
• Execute opening, shift change, and closing procedures.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are met.
• Monitor ticket times and production flow.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness inside and outside the building.
• Complete shift checklists and operational routines.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure proper product handling, cooking, holding, and storage.
• Maintain health department and company standards.
• Verify cash handling and security procedures are followed.
• Assist in controlling food and labor costs.
• Minimize waste through proper product rotation and portion control.
• Support inventory accuracy and product management.
• Ensure company assets are protected.
