• Handles cash procedures with the management team.
• Oversees daily inventory, prepares control sheets, and monitors readiness.
• Monitors speed with service and resolves bottlenecks.
• In the absence of management, opens/closes restaurant and handles deliveries.
• Trains crew and provides hands-on coaching in Learning Zone.
