Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service and product quality.
• Conducts periodic food safety audits.
• Provides ongoing coaching to crew on service and speed.
• Assists with cash procedures (deposits, openings/closings).
• Monitors inventory, food prep and daily operations.
• Resolves bottlenecks to achieve speed of service goals.
• In managers' absence, handles opening/closing and deliveries.
• Provides hands-on training for crew in Learning Zone.
