Job summary

Dunkin' Oxford/Southbridge/Sturbridge franchise is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team and oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate has supervisory Dunkin' or quick-service experience and must be flexible to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in Dunkin' or quick-service preferred.
• Ability to cover shifts as needed.
• Experience maintaining guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Role model exceptional guest service and manage guest recovery.
• Ensure speedy service by setting goals and using tracking tools and shift planning.
• Ensure compliance with Brand standards and Network policies.
• Maintain food safety standards and overall cleanliness.
• Keep interior and exterior clean at all times.
• Use the Red Book or similar tools to track documentation.
• Calibrate restaurant equipment to ensure product quality.
• Drive sales through marketing program execution.
• Maintain cash control and loss prevention policies.
• Create a learning environment and recognize strong performers.
• Inspire and motivate the team and foster a positive environment.
