Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts, ensuring guest experience aligns with brand standards. You will set priorities, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to keep operations smooth and friendly.

In this role, you will nurture a respectful team environment, resolve guest concerns, and ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. You will help drive sales and support marketing initiatives while managing cash during your shift.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Math and writing skills are important for daily tasks.
• Basic computer skills are expected.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members during shifts to enforce brand standards and guest experience.
• Set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to the team.
• Support a respectful team environment and communicate priorities.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment per safety guidelines.
• Drive sales goals and support restaurant marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash overflow/short during shifts and ensure accurate prep.
