Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members during shifts to meet Brand standards and guest expectations.
• Communicate shift priorities and goals to the team and provide feedback.
• Ensure guest first culture and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and brand standards during operations.
• Drive sales, execute marketing initiatives, and manage cash over/short.
