Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team. You will supervise crew members, communicate shift priorities, and coach staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining brand standards, resolving guest issues, and ensuring safety, sanitation, and compliance with local laws. Candidates should be fluent in English, have prior supervisory experience, and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to shift teams and communicate priorities, goals and results.
• Create a respectful team environment and coach crew members as requested.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
