Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team and guide Crew Members through each shift, ensuring top-notch service and adherence to Brand standards. Lead by example, provide timely feedback, and help the team meet daily goals.

Responsibilities include coaching, prioritizing shift tasks, resolving guest issues, and maintaining a safe and clean environment while driving sales and brand initiatives. Minimum age 18, High School diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a respectful team environment and communicate shift priorities, goals and results.
• Support training of crew members; provide coaching and feedback.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture; resolve guest issues; ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Drive sales goals and results; execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives; manage cash over/short during shift; ensure products are prepared to Brand standards.
