Job summary

Akash Management, LLC, operating as Carl’s Jr., is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team and maximize sales while delivering excellent guest experiences. You will supervise daily operations, ensure proper cash handling, and train team members to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
• Stand for long periods, bend and stoop.
• Occasionally work in walk-in coolers/freezers.
• Vision abilities including distance, color, depth, and focus.
• Operate a computer and/or cash register.
• Work around heat and cleaning products.
• Willing to cross-train on various positions within the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leader ensures guest satisfaction and service quality, sets a high-energy example, and builds relationships with guests.
• Establishes trust and open communication across the team and management.
• Plans, organizes, and executes daily operations and paperwork.
• Supervises and performs opening/closing duties as directed by management.
• Supports goals and directives of Restaurant Management.
• Follows POS and cash handling procedures.
• Resolves guest questions, complaints, and problems with management involvement.
• Delegates shift tasks, sets goals, and drives team performance.
