Job summary

Joe & The Juice in Glendale is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help keep the heartbeat of the store alive. You’ll lead the shift with energy, oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and support juicers to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll work under the Store Manager, focusing on smooth operations, staff development, and achieving sales targets while upholding Pink Standards and a positive, team-first atmosphere across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback that keeps the team energized.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise and delegate daily checklists, keep the store clean and safe, and report issues promptly.
• Team Training: support new juicers through the training mantra Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales performance.
