Job summary

The role emphasizes operational excellence, safety compliance, and guest recovery through brand-approved procedures. Prior supervisory experience and a HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Crew Members during the shift to meet Brand standards and guest experience.
• Create and communicate shift priorities, goals and results with the team and provide timely feedback.
• Support training of crew members and provide coaching as requested.
