Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach crew members throughout the shift to meet Brand standards and guest experience.
• Set goals, assign tasks, and motivate teammates.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain a guest-first culture.
• Drive sales goals and ensure marketing initiatives are executed.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure products are prepared to Brand standards.
