Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience in guest services or related field.
• Ability to inspire team members and coach effectively.
• Strong work ethic, goal-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
• Comfort with using POS systems and various software on Apple/PC devices.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a consistently great customer experience and highest wash quality.
• Manage shift operations and align with company policies and vision.
• Inspire and coach team members, providing feedback as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly carwash facility and property.
• Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Address guest and associate complaints promptly.
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment.
• Perform other operations and site care tasks as requested.
