Heartlandtommys is seeking a Shift Leader to manage guest experience, supervise the team, and oversee wash transactions and cash handling. The role ensures the shift runs smoothly and that equipment performance is monitored and maintained to uphold service quality.

The candidate will lead a dynamic team, enforce safety standards, handle scheduling, and communicate effectively with management to resolve issues and protect guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• At least one year of successful guest services personnel leadership experience in the food service, retail and/or other customer service industries.
• Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn a point-of-sale system and applications on Apple/PC devices.
• Ability to inspire team members, coach effectively, and provide feedback.
