Responsibilities

• Assist with daily wash operations, including greeting guests, guiding vehicles, and answering questions.
• Keep the site, vacuum area, tools, and supplies clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain consistent service quality standards.
• Work together to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.
• Lead daily shifts, coach and support team members, resolve guest concerns, and help the team meet daily goals.
• Support the Site Leader with scheduling, training, and overall site performance.

Required Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to remain on your feet throughout the shift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable leading and coaching team members, handling guest concerns, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or car wash operations.
• Experience promoting products, services, or memberships.
• Familiarity with cleaning, basic equipment care, and maintaining an organized workplace.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with employee training, scheduling, and supporting operational goals.
