Responsibilities

• Keep site, vacuum area, tools, and supplies clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain consistent service quality standards.
• Work with team to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.
• Lead daily shifts, coach team members, resolve guest concerns, and meet daily goals.
• Support Site Leader with scheduling, training, and overall site performance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to remain on your feet throughout the shift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Comfortable leading and coaching team members, handling guest concerns, and keeping daily operations running smoothly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or car wash operations
• Experience promoting products, services, or memberships
• Familiarity with cleaning, basic equipment care, and maintaining an organized workplace
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with employee training, scheduling, and supporting operational goals
